Who is behind Blank?

ERIK BANGERT & PERNILLE JØRGENSEN

Erik and Pernille’s story is like a beautiful blend of different backgrounds coming together to create something special. Erik, with his knack for Industrial Design, and Pernille, deep in the world of molecular biology, might seem like an unlikely duo at first glance. But as fate would have it, they met during a semester abroad in California, far from their respective homes in Germany and Denmark.

Despite their diverse fields of study and origins, they discovered a remarkable synergy between them. Erik, initially just pursuing his hobby without a clear vision, found unwavering support and inspiration from Pernille. Her encouragement planted the seed of turning Erik’s passion into a business.

They are passionate believers in the transformative power of art – its ability to inspire, uplift, and bring joy to our lives. Picture us as a digital canvas, showcasing dreams turned into masterpieces. Their vision is to build a community-centered art museum, where everyone can connect and engage with creativity. As the semester ended, the reality of long-distance loomed, a challenge that would deter many. Yet, for Erik and Pernille, it only strengthened their bond and showcased the strength of their partnership. Eventually, Erik made the bold move to Denmark, bridging the geographical gap to build a life and business together with Pernille.

Their journey is a testament to the power of collaboration, love, and the belief that sometimes the most unexpected pairings create the most extraordinary results.
